O ¿SE SIGUE PENSANDO CON LA MIOPÍA CRÓNICA DE NUESTROS DIFERENTES ÓRGANOS GUBERNAMENTALESEN QUE LA ÚNICA POSIBILIDAD ES LA PRIVATIZACIÓN O PEOR AÚN, LA DESCARADA VENTA DE TAN VITAL INDUSTRIA A EMPRESAS TRASNACIONALES CON EL PRETEXTO DE QUE ELLAS SÍ, TIENEN LA TECNOLOGÍA ADECUADA?
